The GOP's first order of business this year: dismantling the Office of Congressional Ethics. Pitch in to help Democrats fight back against their corruption.
"Drain the swamp" was supposed to be the GOP's resolution for 2017. Instead, House Republicans spent last night using the final hours before the new Congress is sworn in to hold a secret vote to dismantle the Office of Congressional Ethics -- the independent watchdog charged with keeping members of the House honest.
Anne, Congressional Republicans have officially set the tone for the new year, and it's right out of Donald Trump's playbook: unchecked corruption.
We don't know everything the GOP's going to try to get away with in the 115th Congress, so we have to be prepared for anything. Pitch in $10 or more today to make sure Democrats can hold these Republicans accountable -- and then start kicking them out of office in 2018.
