⑤ new anti-choice bills A DAY

Patricia, Last month alone, 167 anti-choice bills were introduced by anti-choice politicians across the country. If you do the math, that's about 5 new anti-choice proposals A DAY. It's outrageous, it's offensive, and it's unacceptable, for sure. But it's also a big reason we launched Run to Win to recruit and elect women to state and local offices who will fight back. If we're going to halt the wave of anti-choice attacks, we need the resources to support the thousands of women who've told us they're ready to run. Donate to help hit our $125,000 End-of-Month goal and get their backs: secure.emilyslist.org/page/contribute/20170225_email_EOM Since Election Day 2016, more than 9,000 women have reached out to EMILY's List about learning how to run for office. We've literally never seen anything like it. These women are desperately needed if we're going to put an end to anti-choice attacks like Arkansas's bill allowing family members and partners to sue abortion providers, North Dakota's attempt to ban abortion as early as six weeks (before most women even know they're pregnant), or the constant attempts to defund Planned Parenthood coming from state legislatures. It only stops if we elect more pro-choice Democratic women at every level. It's not a small mission, so our fundraising goals aren't small either. Donate before February is over to make sure we can support pro-choice Democratic women running for office across the country: secure.emilyslist.org/page/contribute/20170225_email_EOM Thanks, Kate Black Vice President of Research, EMILY's List

Patricia,

Last month alone, 167 anti-choice bills were introduced by anti-choice politicians across the country.

Donate to help hit our $125,000 End-of-Month goal and get their backs.

Since Election Day 2016, more than 9,000 women have reached out to EMILY's List about learning how to run for office.
