Last week, the 2017 class of Presidential Leadership Scholars visited <forms.bushcenter.org/page.redir
the George H.W. Bush Presidential Center in College Station, Texas for its second session. They met with President George H.W. Bush and Mrs. Barbara Bush and heard from Sec. Robert Gates , Sec. Andrew Card , and Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) , along with other members of the Bush Administration and leadership experts.

Sgt. Rodriguez , a retired U.S. Army Green Beret, sustained at least 12 concussions during his nine deployments. President Bushâ€™s portrait features Rodâ€™s striking eyes â€“ one of which is blue-green from a prosthetic lens that corrects the double vision and light sensitivity stemming from his traumatic brain injuries.
