President Bush and Speaker Paul Ryan Surprise Veterans at the Adaptive Training Foundation
This past week, President George W. Bush and Speaker Paul Ryan surprised a group of veterans participating in a specialized training program at the Adaptive Training Foundation <forms.bushcenter.org/page.redir
(ATF) in Dallas.
NBC DFWâ€™s Meredith Land joined the visit and interviewed several of the warriors training in ATFâ€™s signature program, REDEFINE. In training wounded warriors and civilians with adaptive needs, ATF is cutting through the military civilian divide and bringing adaptive athletes together in a broader community.

Now Open | Applications for Fourth Presidential Leadership Scholars Class
Online applications are now open for the 2018 class of Presidential Leadership Scholars (PLS), a first-of-its-kind partnership among the presidential centers of George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson. PLS offers participants the unique opportunity to learn from the experience and leadership of the four affiliated presidents and join a lifelong network of nearly 200 Scholars. Online applications will be accepted through August 31, 2017.
