A right, not a privilege

Friend -- Health care is a right. And yet this administration continues to actively sabotage a law that's helping millions of people get the quality, affordable care they deserve. Right now, the administration has the opportunity to aid health insurance markets and ensure that Americans can continue to access affordable care. A crucial first step in stabilizing the marketplace is fully funding Obamacare's cost-sharing reduction (CSR) payments. The administration is threatening to withhold those payments, and if they follow through, experts predict that millions of Americans will face a 20 percent jump in premium costs. That's unacceptable, and it's up to all of us to say so: my.ofa.us/Keep-Fighting-For-Heath-Care Americans have repeatedly called on members of Congress to act in a bipartisan fashion to fully fund CSRs and bring stability to the individual marketplace. Obamacare isn't perfect, but if elected officials care at all about helping the people they represent, they will drop their efforts to undermine it, and work across the aisle -- and with governors across the country -- to improve, not sabotage it. Health care isn't just about politics. It's about people. I've met countless Virginians who simply wouldn't have coverage without Obamacare, and who deserve better than skyrocketing premiums and uncertainty about their own care. For them, and for the millions of others depending on this law, we need to keep speaking out. Friend --

Health care is a right.

That's unacceptable, and it's up to all of us to say so.

Americans have repeatedly called on members of Congress to act in a bipartisan fashion to fully fund CSRs and bring stability to the individual marketplace.

If you're ready to keep raising your voice, add your name with OFA now:
