Thank You, Veterans

This weekend, I was honored to visit with veterans at the American Legion Post 18 in Bloomington, and to speak at the Columbus Veterans Day ceremony. Veterans Day is an opportunity to say thank you to all the men and women who have served. I have a strong respect and appreciation for the selfless sacrifices that our veterans and their families have made to protect our great nation, and I am committed to ensuring we keep our promises to all those who have served.

In Case You Missed It

On Veterans Day, I spoke with Fox News’ Eric Shawn about the need for a new military authorization targeting ISIS. We also discussed the Senate’s tax relief bill that will allow Hoosiers to keep more of their hard-earned money. Watch the interview by clicking here or the image below.

Indiana National Blue Ribbon Schools

Last week, I hosted representatives from Barr-Reeve Elementary School, Maple Elementary School, White Lick Elementary School, Pleasant View Elementary School, and Eden Elementary School in Washington to congratulate the schools for winning the U.S. Department of Education’s National Blue Ribbon Schools award. These Indiana schools were recognized as the best of the best, and I’m proud of their hard work.
