Dear Friend, During my service in Congress, one of the most important issues I have focused on is helping businesses create and maintain jobs in Utah and across the country. We have discussed this many times and agree securing good jobs to support our families is the primary issue facing our citizens and communities. While the government should never run our economy, it is critical that we have sound policies in place that support businesses in their effort to grow, thrive, and create jobs. Recently, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce*, *the worlds largest business federation, chose me as a recipient of their *Spirit of Enterprise* Award. I am honored to receive the award again this year, and appreciate the Chambers recognition of my pro-business voice on key issues of importance to American business, small and large, in Congress. A few economic policy goals I have consistently supported that might interest you are streamlining government regulation, working to cut bureaucratic red tape, lowering taxes, and reducing spending. Priorities like these help our economy to grow and thrive. When you couple common-sense, pro-business policy like this with the hard work, innovation and entrepreneurship shown in places like Utah, I see great promise ahead. I am honored to serve in Congress on behalf of Utah families like yours. As your representative, I always appreciate hearing from you on current topics and issues affecting you and our community. Please let me know areas you find especially interesting or where I can provide you with additional information. I value your ideas and look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jim Matheson U.S. Representative 4th District of Utah

Dear Friend,

During my service in Congress, one of the most important issues I have focused on is helping businesses create and maintain jobs in Utah and across the country.  We have discussed this many times and agree securing good jobs to support our families is the primary issue facing our citizens and communities.  While the government should never run our economy, it is critical that we have sound policies in place that support businesses in their effort to grow, thrive, and create jobs.

Recently, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the worlds largest business federation, chose me as a recipient of their Spirit of Enterprise Award.

Please let me knowareas you find especially interesting or where I can provide you with additional information.  I value your ideas and look forward to hearing from you.
