Members of Congress Announce Academy Day in Oshkosh Representatives of four of the nation�s service academies will be available from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Education Center in Oshkosh. �The academies include the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.; the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y., the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., �and the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md. �Representatives from the United States Coast Guard Academy will also attend to answer questions about their application process, which does not include a congressional nomination.
